Added sautéed onions, red pepper and spinach, no bacon, no tomatoes, Delicious, think you could take this recipe just about any filling you want. Going to use gruyere next time.

Delicious base recipe! I used gluten free flour, Monterey Jack/cheddar instead of Swiss and Canadian bacon since that’s what I had on hand. Also added bell pepper, mushrooms and onion. I cooked it in muffin and small tart pans for quicker baking and individual servings. Will make again.

A really good recipe, whether you are low carb, or just not fond of crust. Easy to mix in extras. I've swapped 1/2 the eggs for egg whites, added bacon to the "interior", also chicken and green peppers.
