Creamy cornbread? Are you kidding me?
Well, that is EXACTLY what this turned out to be. All that and a crispy crust (I used an iron skillet)
I recommend using a really sharp cheese. Also , some chili pepper in the mix is a good thing. I roast my own peppers and used jalapeno.
This recipe has become my "go to" recipe for cornbread.
