I changed a few thing but I never thought to make this .. was worth it! Very delicious.

A little too greasy. The corn made the oil pop like crazy. I didn’t enjoy making them, but they tasted good.

Oops! Forgot the cheese. Turned out very good anyway.
The first batch didn’t stick too well. I added more flour, cornmeal, and a small egg. Additional batches cooked much better.

A little much on the smoked paprika for me, but very good. I liked adding sour cream, lime, & cilantro on top.

This recipe is very good for me. I like such a nice presentation. The cilantro made a nice mixture to bring the taste together.

Turned out pretty good. This is the second time I am making it. I had to improvise a bit this time with the corn meal with some form of ground corn flour. It still came out pretty good. Added a bit of extra seasoning as well liked chopped pimentos and garlic.

Pretty good. I made some substitutions based on what I had and what a previous reviewer wrote. I used parsley instead of cilantro, lemon juice instead of lime, and chives instead of green onions.

We really enjoyed them I followed the recipe exactly next time I will beat the egg first then mix the ingredients, tastes just a little gritty i will also add a little more spice.. this was very simple and easy to make

Delicious. Didn't have the smoky paprika so used regular. But turned out delicious

Substituted polenta for corn meal which made them a bit grainy. Also the Parmesan was quite strong
