This was delicious. I will make this again. The only thing I would personally change is the salsa. I will use mild pace salsa instead of medium. Was a little too spicy for my kid. This was super easy to make.

Swell! I changed the salsa to 1 cup and tomato sauce to 8oz - hearty and tasty with Texas toast.
