This sounded great! Chicken, cheese, and bacon how could this not be good? Well, I made this last week. Sadly, we were not impressed. Nobody touched the leftovers.

It was delicious! More importantly my kids loved it! How could they not? Bacon cheese. Rice. Chicken. Bacon! Next time I'll make it with hot sauce (the girls didn't want it). Simple recipe for families. Even easy for a dad to make!

It was really good! We used fried rice with vegetables instead of white rice due to lack of time, but it was still tasted great. The only problem was that it was a little hard to follow the directions at first.
