I added some fresh spinach and crisp cooked bacon, substituted Jasmine rice bolied with some powdered chicken boullion and used some cayenne pepper and garlic when cooking my chicken... mmm mmm mmm. Fabulous!

It was good, but I think only about half the topping was necessary. I paired it with the massaged raw kale salad!

If you want an easy casserole this is a great dish. My youngest son is gluten free so I used GF cream of chicken and GF cream of mushroom soups along with GF bread crumbs. The casserole was a hit with the whole family.
