- 1 box frozen broccoli (chopped, thawed and excess water squeezed out)
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (divided)
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing (bottled or homemade)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper (to taste)
