Turned out great used skinless chicken thighs and added some red pepper flakes to topping great crunch and lots of flavor

This was very good. Kids liked it as well. I topped chicken with sautéed onions and garlic. Added paprika to chicken. Yum!

Delicious and very simple. My chicken breast were thick so I patted them down with a meat tenderizer to thin them out. I marinated the chicken in a refrigerator in ziplock bag for about 2 hours before tenderizing. The marinade was olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper. I added onion and garlic to the sautéed spinach.. Very juicy and flavorful. Will make this again!

Easy and delicious! I lightly sautéed the spinach since it will continue to cook in the oven. Great recipe!

After reading a few reviews I added to the recipe cooked onion with the garlic. Broccoli, cauliflower and spinach added raw. Added feta, cream cheese, milk and whole grain mustard in a bowl, mix and then add to dish and put breadcrumbs on top for a crunch. Love one bake recipes and will definitely do it again

Good. Added onions. Salted the chicken. Added cheddar cheese in addition to the mozzarella.

It was very good as is. Since I am not the cook in the family I don’t change much to recipes yet! A reminder to myself is to pull the cream cheese out about an hour before so it is softened.

So easy and tasty. I browned the chicken first in a pan then put it aside then i sautéd some onions before adding the spinach in the same pan. It gave an extra level of taste in the recipe.
So quick, fast and with great flavor!

Wow! Delicious! I doctored it using some ideas in the comments-paprika on the chicken, doubled the spinach and added minced garlic while it sautéed. I also added a couple of tbsp of pesto to the cream cheese. I waited to add the mozzarella until about 25 minutes in to finish the 40 minutes and then put on a low broil for a few minutes to brown the top. Served it over angel hair pasta with olive oil and Italian seasoning. The whole family went back for more. Did I say wow?!?!

Made this tonight. I think I’ll put my own spin on it next time. It was a little bland. The chicken came out great. It tasted fine, just felt like it needed more.

Very filling and very tasty. I never thought to add cream cheese on chicken, but it was delicious! I added more pieces of chicken, so I increased the garlic and a few more ingredients, but I love garlic so you can never add too much garlic. Great dish!

Honestly this is the best chicken recipe I’ve ever tasted. I made it easier by putting the baby spinach in a covered dish and microwaving it for 30 seconds, that wilted it up just fine; plus one less tlb spoon of oil used.

I used chicken tenderloin for the recipe and light cream cheese for the filling. Replaced the mozzarella with chili flakes as topping and baked it all in the airfryer for a quick finish.
Turned out good!
