  • 4 cups Italian cheese (mixed, additional for topping, if desired)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 3 cups bow tie (or shells pasta cooked al dente and drained)
  • 1 cup fresh mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 chicken breasts (trimmed, cooked and diced into bite size pieces)
  • 1 1/2 cups broccoli florets (fresh, only)
  • 8 strips center cut bacon (cooked til crispy and coarsely chopped)
