Great little crackers. Rolled dough into a sausage shape, wrapped and put in the fridge. Instead of rolling out, simply sliced into rounds. Tried various thicknesses and all were good. The third batch I doubled the recipes & once I had them on the trays, I sprinkled sesame or nigella seeds on them before baking and gently rolled in with a rolling pin. Delicious!!!
