This turned out really good! I steamed the cauliflower and didn't have dijon so used yellow mustard mixed with horse radish sauce. I did add some italian seasoning but since i used parmesan cheese and Italian cheese mix I didnt add any salt. I finished it by cooking under the broiler. Makes a great cheese sauce to go with meats...we had pork chops with it. May try using pepperjack cheese with parm next time. Soo good!

Really yummy. I used regular mustard since I couldn’t find my Dijon and it turned out great!

This came out wonderfully! No one knew it was keto friendly and nothing was left. The broiling for the crispy cheesy topping definitely made it! Yum!

Easy and delicious. Just make sure you use a large head of cauliflower, or you may have an over abundance of sauce/soup. And definitely leave it under the broiler for 2-3 minutes when it’s done.
