I changed up this recipe and did not use water, I used Chicken broth with 4 cups of Minute Rice. I added cheese and French's Fried Onions into the mixture (as you would for a green been casserole) and some cheese to make the center creamy. I had used the Insta Pot on the chicken (seasoned with minced garlic, salt & pepper) to get it nice and tender and used fresh broccoli, red onion and fresh cauliflower (steamed) and took the juice from the steamed chicken and used it in addtion to the 2 cans of Chicken Broth. When it was done I added more French's Onions and cheese and it turned out so good! Definitely using 2 cans of Mushroom Soup helped it get nice and creamy.

only change i made was to actually heat the ingredients to mix them better before i mixed all together.

Great recipe! Would be amazing with mushrooms and chicken added then cut back a little on the onions and broccoli

Yum yum yum! I tripled the recipe. Smells delicious while baking in the oven. Can’t wait to dive in with my 20 guests tonight.
