    Making this for a Friday get together. I will add bacon to the dish for added flavor.

    This recipe calls for 8oz of shredded cheese. I decided to cut that amount in the sauce by 30-40%, therefore the consistency must have been a bit different. However I decided to add it some of it on top of the dish once moved into the casserole dish. Also after baking, I broiled for 5-7 minutes to get the cheese a golden colour. Great idea for your leftovers!
