I added fennel seed to sausage while browning
I added ground nutmeg and mint to ricotta
I added a layer of spinach and sliced black olives to dish
I used a 1 lb block of galbani mozzarella and shredded myself

It was good, not a huge fan of red sauce based foods, but my family loved it!

This was pretty good! I chose the omit the sausage because my daughter doesn’t like it. I split it into 2 pans so I could share it with my sick friend and her family. I used some extra mozzarella due to the 2 pans. Our half batch fed the four of us, and we still had leftovers. I will have lunch tomorrow! Maybe I will try next time with some ground turkey.
