It was good but a little greasy! Next time I probably wouldn’t add quite as much cheese and maybe double the cream cheese and skip the mayo.

I made half with raw onions like the recipe asks for and half with caramelized onions. I think the caramelized onions were tastier. I wouldn’t add as much shredded cheese next time either.

I sautéed half the onions with 4 cloves of garlic, of which about a third of thatI kept in the pan until they were pretty dark. Followed the rest of the recipe and it was really well received. Server with corn chip scoops and crackers.

Delicious. I doubled the recipe and my guests loved it so much they barely had room for dinner!!!

I loved this recipe. It was a very light not heavy and i used the exact recipe. Happy eating.
