These were very good and will be made again. However, my wife asked where the sloppy was in the sloppy joes. I used extra meat and vegetables so perhaps I didn't use enough broth. I do eye ball my ingredients.
My wife did hers sandwich style with American cheese. I did mine open face with cheddar.

Really easy and tasted great! We prefer these over traditional sloppy joes!!
