This was excellent! I didn't use as much onion because we aren't huge onion fans but overall it was very good!

This dish was really good. I doubled it and it made a large portion of food. I think that next time I will add more peppers because we bought small ones so the meat over took the veggies. But over all I will definitely make this again.
