A classic American cheesecake from the cracker crust to the creamy filling. Packed with plenty of vanilla flavor, this cheesecake is topped with your favorite fruit jam or sauce. We recommend pomegranate.

  • 300 grams philadelphia cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • jam (Pomegranate, or jam of choice)
