This a very quick and delicious recipe. My son loves it and can not get enough of it!

I made these with Swerve powdered sugar replacement and no crackers so they were sugar+gluten free. They were amazing! I wanted them more like real cheesecake filling, so I used 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar replacement versus 1/2 cup.

This is the easiest dessert I have ever made!!! My husband can't stop eating the strawberries. I made them for Easter, but they would be a great addition to any cookout or gathering and take no time to make!!!

Definitely a keeper. Made it for my mother’s birthday she loves cheesecake but didn’t want all the calories.

They turned out great! The mixture was a little stiff, so i added a little milk and some extra vanilla. I will definitely make these again.

These are fantastic! I've also dipped them in white chocolate and people love them either way.

Made last Easter incredible
Tried agin for Father's Day...maybe it was the temperature difference tasted good but the filling was too loose ended up cutting berries in half and serving as a dip

Excellent! Double the Vanilla extract and overflowed the powder sugar.

These are amazing! I've served them a number of times and they go quickly. As someone else suggested I serve these with a dish filled with the crushed graham crackers and let people dip their strawberries. This way the crushed crackers stay dry and people can add as much as the like. Thanks for sharing!

These were great! I made them for my mom as a Mother's Day treat and everyone loved them! It was so easy to make, which is always a plus. I lost count but this made over 40 with a lot of the cheesecake filling left

Made these for an office party but I added a splash of Vanilla Rum. I swear they were gone in less than 10 minutes

Amazing! My family loved it and I'm now making these as my new go- to for family parties and events :)

incrediblely delicious. Has stunned every crowd I've made them for. Pro tip: when you hull the strawberries, leaving lots of room for filling, smear a little filling on the part you removed, and EAT IT. Justify it because that part wasn't pretty enough to take to the party anyway

These were awesome I used a melon baller to take out the middle part and my 2 yr old ate them ! Fun to make with siblings!! I also added a little more vanilla
