turned out really buttery, so I added 12 ounces of cream cheese and it came out much more creamy and sweet. I'd also suggest adding sugar to your own taste, for me the sweeter the better so the recommended amount of sugar wasn't all that sweet to me. The final outcome was delicious after I tweaked it.

made it the recipe way and we do not understand why it calls for salted butter. it was too buttery for me but i would try it again with unsalted butter and maybe less of it plus more strawberry puree. otherwise, texture was good.

Oh. My. Gosh.
Why I waited so long to try these, I don't know. But I wish I wouldn't have waited so long. They are delicious!!
I pureed the strawberries in my Vitamix, and then added the rest of the ingredients in that instead of using a hand mixer. My only problem was that I couldn't puree that small of a quantity of strawberries (approx 4). So instead of only doing 2 oz, I pureed 8 oz of strawberries, used 2 oz for this recipe, and then put the rest in a container to be used later.

Amazing! Use an ice tray. Worked perfectly! Keeping them in a Tupperware container

great! I used an emulsion blender for everything. Then just put them in a plastic Tupperware in the freezer and scooped it it out when needed. delish and way easy!
