I followed directions step by step by step and it was a huge flop and ended up in the garbage. First, 475 for 12 minutes browned the top too much and then 1 hour at 350 still left the cheesecake soupy after chilling. It did have a wonderful flavor just burned and undercooked and the whole parchment paper was a bad recommendation as well. Waste of time and lots of money!
