Good bread, but not an exact copy of the Cheesecake Factory. As the recipe mentions, I did need to add a bit more flour. I ended up adding about 1/2 cup more flour than the recipe mentions. It needs to be a bit sweeter. If I make it again, I might use maple syrup instead of honey, just to get a bit more sweetness.
