- 350 grams pasta (macaroni)
- 2 bouillon cubes
- water (for cooking)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup American cheese
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups ground beef
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. herbs (mixed)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- crackers (I added some, pizza, on the top of mac and cheese before baking in the oven.)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (on the top of everything.)
