- 26 oz. tomato basil pasta sauce (fat-free, – can always make your own homemade marinara sauce)

- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach (thawed, drained, and squeezed dry, left out, but would add more fiber and protein)
- 1/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese (grated)

- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 8 oz. manicotti (14 shells)
- 26 oz. tomato basil pasta sauce (fat-free)
