- 4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts (not chicken breast halves)
- Crisco Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/4 tsp. green onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp. parsley flakes (dried)
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 4 oz. swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup Pillsbury BEST All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs (seasoned fine)
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large eggs (slightly beaten)

Directions
- PLACE each whole chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap. Pound to 1/4-inch thickness. Freeze 15 to 20 minutes for easier handling.
- HEAT oven to 375ºF. Spray a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan with no-stick cooking spray.
- COMBINE green onion, parsley flakes, salt, pepper and garlic powder in small bowl. Set aside.
