Pretty good! Added to a cheese plate and guests enjoyed

Excellent appetizer. However, I made substantial changes. Rather than goat cheese, I substituted a combination of softened cream cheese and blue cheese. A ratio of 3 parts cream cheese to one part blue cheese crumbles. I also added some fresh cracked pepper and eliminated the basil. I did use fresh thyme. After cooking 9 minutes, I finished the peppers under the broiler for about three minutes. Six ounces of cream cheese and two ounces of blue cheese combined stuffed 24 pepper halves. Sorry to butcher the recipe but we are not “gamey” goat cheese fans and love blue cheese.
