I have made this recipe as a roll but found it simpler to just separate the meat mixture and add cheese and spinach in the middle of a loaf pan. I like the italian version and replaced ketchup with marinara and use mozzerella with italian seasoning.

Yummy! I'm not a big fan of meatloaf, but I would definitely eat this one again! So good!
