I added more bacon, but that was just personal preference. It turned out really good.

I use garden cream cheese and jalapeno cream cheese with mini peppers since I don't like hot hot

Very easy recipe. Needed a little "kick"; so I added garlic powder to the mixture.

Pepper could have been either spicier or sweeter. Just needed more flavor.
The inside was really good, however

These are so easy to make. I altered the recipe a little and it came out amazing.
To the cream cheese (in a warm pan) I add 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, 1/2 pepper jack, 1/2 Parmesan until combined thoroughly. I also add about 4 hot Italian sausages that have been ground up and cooked instead of using bacon. It adds an extra layer of spice for those who love spicy food (me) Cooke in oven @ 400* for about 10 minutes and voila!

I make this often for company. Sometimes I use red Fresno peppers and I always add crushed pineapple.
