Oh so good and pretty easy/straightforward to make. Can’t believe it hasn’t been found by more people! Only change I make is to add a bit of cornstarch to the sauce at the end, rather than cooking it down by half. That way I have more sauce. And sometimes I’ll use half chicken broth and half wine instead of all wine. But superb recipe!
