i would add just a teensy bit more corn starch and instead of grating the cheeses i diced them into tiny cubes and tossed them in the corn starch and spices. this helps to create a stringier gooey fondue 🤤🧀

omg so yummy! ooey & gooey! definitely will make it again. i subbed Jarlsberg for Emmentaler as my local grocery store isn't quite that fancy yet.

It really turned out delicious. This is the second time I have made this recipe and I enjoyed it just as much as I did the first.

This is the best cheese fondue recipe that we have tried. The recipe and the Yummly list don't include water and pepper as ingredients. We tried prepping in the kitchen, but had to go back because of the missing items. It's not a big deal. We swapped the emmental(sp?) for swiss because I couldn't find the other cheese. My 5 year old ate it with Brats and bread and liked it. Definitely a good recipe.
