- 1 slice bacon (finely chopped)
- 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1/8 cup flour
- 3/4 milk (warm)
- 30 grams cream cheese (diced)
- 30 grams mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese (strong, grated)
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 0.5 kilograms frozen corn (previously defrosted)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove excess fat. Add the butter and garlic. When the butter melts, add the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the warm milk and stir until it thickens. Lower the heat and add the cheeses, one by one, until they melt. Add the paprika and the corn.
- Pour onto a lightly greased glass baking pan and bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese turns golden on the surface.
