- 300 mL warm water
- 11 grams baker's yeast (or 15 gr. fresh yeast)
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 150 grams grated mozzarella cheese
- 150 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 parsley sprig
- 2 tsp. olive spread (made with crushed olive pulp, oregano, virgin olive oil, garlic and red wine vinegar)

- Place flour in a large mixing bowl.
