Description
Having MS doesn't allow me to prep and be in the heat of the kitchen so I try to invent short quick meals.
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed and drained)
- 1/2 cup velveeta cheese (melted)
- 8 slices chicken breast (roasted deli)
- 1 cup bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 4 eggs

Directions
- preheat over to 350 Degrees
- steam broccoli in pot or microwave, drain and set aside, spray 8 x 8 square pyrex with pam, place broccoli in bottom and layer with chicken slices, place melted cheddar cheese on top
- whisk Bisquick, milk, and eggs in a bowl and pour over the top
- place in oven and bake
