I’m doing KETO diet and swapped Flour for Almond Flour Used Heavy Whipping cream and watered down with a cup of water
I added a minced Serrano pepper and bacon Used 1 cup easy melt cheese or you can use velveeta Sharp cheddar cheese
It was pretty dang good I gave most to my sick mom dad for their colds and they said they loved it Could use some more salt
I used food processor for onion and broccoli I don’t like chunks of broccoli I did chicken broth
I did not add chicken
