- 2 oz. cheddar cheese (cut into cubes)
- 3/4 tsp. salt

- 3/4 tsp. ground sage
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary (crushed between your fingers, or use a mortar and pestle if you have one!)
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup bbq sauce
- 2 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

- 1 1/2 tsp. bourbon (I used Maker's Mark)
- 1/2 cup spicy brown mustard
- 1 tsp. Creole seasoning
