- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
- 1 box cheddar (Red Lobster, Bay Biscuit Mix or homemade)
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (plus a little for the tops)
- 1/3 cup butter
- 3/4 cup cold water
