I’ve never had curry before. But I made this, and it was DELICIOUS! Definitely going to be a regular for my house. I like a little more sauce for the rice to soak up, so I added more coconut milk in mine, and it was excellent.

It was amazingly moist and flavorful. If you like your curry on the sweet side add a bit of curry. Both ways are amazing. Also if you like a lot of sauce add more coconut milk that it says. Make your you eat it hot.

Delicious! I used a tin of chopped tomatoes as the base and added cream cheese instead of coconut milk as that’s all I had to hand.
It was absolutely gorgeous!!

Omg! Sooo good! Right now I’m scraping at the pan hoping to get one more bite. My man loved it too! I’ve never cooked curry before, this is now officially on my regular rotation, which makes my household very happy.

I have a few go to curry recipes that are all from scratch. This one fits right in and will be a regular go to. Absolutely delicious and easy to make! Next time I think I'll add fresh ginger and throw it in the pot along with the garlic. There was no need to add water and if I need to thin leftovers I'll just use chicken broth.

Delicious! Definitely use coconut milk, I substituted regular yogurt and it didn't turn out the same. Great recipe!
