So...... was excited to try a different charro bean recipe. Picked this one based on ingredients. Then I dove into the process. Of. Making. Them. Oh my!!!!! Seriously?!? Flavor was good and it should have been, for the several steps it took! I’m more of a “throw everything in the pot, turn it to a simmer and move on” kind of cook. Will not be using this recipe again😕
