- 1 cup minced onion
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes (more or less depending on how spicy the sausage is)
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 4 cups canned tomatoes (crushed)
- 2 lb. medium shrimp (shelled, cleaned and deveined)
