- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
- stir fry sauce
- 2 Tbsp. white vinegar
- 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce (regular)
- 1/4 cup fish sauce (he uses Squid brand, TFD prefers Red Boat 40)
- 1 tsp. rice wine
- salt
- dipping sauce
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 bunch watercress (washed)
