- 1 1/2 unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 9 Tbsp. unsalted butter (cold and cubed)
- 1/3 cold water
- 6 eggs (I used 6 since I have a deep dish pie pan)
- 1 shallot (large, chopped)
- 1 cup whole milk (if you use 5 eggs, use 3/4 cup milk)
- 1/2 cup rainbow chard (lightly packed, or any kind, I just like the colors in rainbow)
- 4 pieces cooked bacon (crumbled)
- 1/4 tsp. cracked pepper (fresh)
- 3/4 tsp. sea salt (fresh)
- 1 cup gouda cheese (grated dutch)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella (grated)
