- 1 napa cabbage (small, cut into 2-inch chunks)
- 1 shimeji mushrooms (pack fresh, or any mushrooms of your choice)
- 8 fresh shiitake mushrooms (you can use dried version too)
- 12 tofu puffs
- 1 lb. udon noodles
- 2 stalks scallion (thinly sliced at an angle)
