- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tsp. turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin seeds (roasted)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 cup onion purée (cooked, or 2 medium onion, finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp. coriander powder
- 1 tsp. amchoor (dry mango powder)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh coriander (cilantro, chopped)

I put too much tomato and over cooked the chickpeas a bit, but tastes great. It will be better next time I make it
