  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder (dhania powder)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon mango powder (amchur powder or add as required)
  • 1 teaspoon kasoori methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
  • 1 pinch asafoetida (hing)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (or ghee)
  • salt (as required)
  • 3 coriander leaves (cilantro for mixing towards the end or garnishing)
