- 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 Orange
- 1 jar cranberry preserves (Cherchies®, with Champagne)
- cranberries (sugared, make the day before)
- 16 oz. icing (buttercream, see below)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter flavored shortening
- 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (tsp good)
- 4 Tbsp. half-and-half (Tbsp, milk would be fine too)
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
