- 1 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 2 Tbsp. Baharat spice
- 1/2 jalapeno (seeded and diced, optional)
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 egg (and 1 tbsp water for the egg wash)
