- 1 tsp. chilli paste (adjust if you prefer it spicier)

- 1 tsp. fish sauce
- 1 dash ground white pepper
- 1 Tbsp. spring onions (/Scallions, sliced)
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- 1 red chilli (sliced)
- coriander leaves (for garnishing, optional)
