- 16 tiger prawn (large, I didn’t have enough so I used fish sticks to fill in for the missing prawns)
- 1 pizza dough (ready made 12″)
- 1 cup cheese (I used a mix of cheddar and mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup EVOO
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup curry leaves
- 1/8 cup nuts (almond, /pine nuts*, I prefer almonds)
- 1 tsp. tomato paste
- prawn (Cereal, mix, half a packet should be enough, You can use sugar, salt, milk powder, and cereal to make the mix instead of getting a premix, which may turn out salty)
- 3 chili (padi, seeds removed & chopped)
- 10 curry leaves
- 2 Tbsp. butter
