- 7 cups stock (soup, low sodium / homemade chicken stock or ikan bilis, anchovies stock)
- 2 century eggs (shelled and diced)
- 150 grams pork (lean, sliced thinly across the grain)
- 30 grams dried scallops (small, optional - pre-soaked for an hour)

- 1 tsp. oil (fried shallot, or sesame oil)
- 1 tsp. corn starch
- 1 dash white pepper
