- 1 lb. fish (Codd, aka Bacalao rinsed and desalinated over night, Soak your bacalao in water for 24 hours to lessen the salt flavor of the fish.)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 cup red bell peppers
- 1 cup red onion (Sliced)
- 1 cup tomato paste
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 packet sazon
- 1 tsp. salt (both, and Pepper)
- 1/4 cup olives (with Pimentos)
- 2 1/2 cups water
